Job Description
· Offer a lead role in the after sales support for the company clients· Set up and maintain strong relationships with key partners and customers· Cooperate with appropriate resources to refine scope and concept of inquires or tender documents· Offer advanced presales support for MEP solutions to clients· Create revenue and maximize profit and in the process, achieve sales targets· Assist in presenting MEP solutions to customers· Assist in promoting the company and its products to new clients and awareness among existing customers· Produce specifications for, design, develop, manufacture and install new or modified mechanical components or systems. · Technically minded, able to demonstrate numerical and scientific ability and have problem-solving skills.
Skills
· Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements· Excellent leadership and the ability to drive sales and manage teams· Must have excellent Ms Office knowledge, Auto-Cad and HVAC design system· Excellent communication and customer service skills required· Commercially oriented with at least 3 years of progressive business development, sales, experience in the similar industry· Candidate should have good knowledge in HVAC/electrical/Mechanical System.· Good command of English both written and spoken with proficient excel skills· Should be highly flexible and adaptable.· Excellent analytical and communication skill
